Problem
Businesses, researchers, and students struggle to reach the right respondents. Free form links get spammed in group chats, answers come from the wrong audience, and nobody is paid for their time. Respondents, meanwhile, have no trustworthy place to earn from their opinions.
What we built
One backend and four connected surfaces. - Public site: a balanced landing page for both sides, survey previews, and sign-up. - Respondent app (web and Android): a profile that unlocks matching surveys, a guided answering flow, a reward wallet, and withdrawal to e-wallets or bank accounts with no minimum. - Surveyor dashboard: a survey builder with 10 question types and skip logic (or start from an AI draft), audience targeting by region, gender, age and profile fields, checkout, live results, response approval, reports, refunds, and team roles. - Admin panel: survey review, campaign oversight, fraud signals, payouts, reconciliation, a double-entry ledger, platform configuration, and a full audit log.
How it keeps money honest
Every Rupiah is an integer, the ledger is immutable double-entry and checked against 8 invariants, and every payment, submission, reward, payout and refund is idempotent. A campaign only goes live after a verified payment webhook. Eligibility and rewards are always computed on the server, and risky responses go to manual review rather than automatic bans.
