Studio
SweetTroops is an artisan baking studio founded in 2016 by Livianca, who trained in professional pastry in Australia. The classes teach technique, not just recipes, in Bahasa Indonesia, from beginner to advanced.
What we built
- Public site: a warm editorial landing page with a scroll-driven hero, the newest classes, the studio story, a five-ingredient recipe philosophy, a 3-step "how it works", FAQ and contact. - Class catalog: 24 active classes with search, sorting and category filters (cake, bread, cookies, dessert, pastry), each with a price shown up front. - Class pages: a dominant sticky purchase card, what you will master, what you will make, class materials and who the class is for. Students who already bought see their progress instead of a buy button. - Learning area: native video playback from secure storage, resume across devices, previous and next lesson, and a group chat per class where students can send photos. - Checkout and access: pay with Xendit or manual transfer, get a WhatsApp transaction notice with the recipe-PDF status, and keep access for life. - Accounts: email, Google or phone login with WhatsApp OTP, claimable usernames and profile photos. - Admin: class and video management, member list with phone, join date and payment status filters.
Hardened along the way
Row-level security on student data, signed web sessions, server-side pricing on payments and an audit that closed five critical findings.
